Abstract

The manufacturing industry in Guangzhou, China, has undergone a significant transformation from labor-intensive processes to high-tech operations, necessitating continuous innovation to maintain competitive advantage. This study aims to investigate the influence of inclusive leadership on employees' innovation performance, with organizational learning capacity and knowledge sharing as mediating factors. Utilizing a quantitative research method, data was collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 400 employees in Guangzhou's manufacturing sector. Findings reveal that inclusive leadership positively impacts innovation performance by fostering an environment conducive to organizational learning capacity and knowledge sharing. This research contributes to understanding the critical role of inclusive leadership in driving innovation and provides practical recommendations for enhancing innovation capabilities in the manufacturing industry.
