The Effect of The Ecoprint Learning Approach Based on Natural Materials on the Improvement of Naturalist Intelligence of Kindergarten Students

Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ecoprint learning based on natural materials on increasing the naturalist intelligence of kindergarten students. This type of research is quasi-experimental with non-equivalent control group design. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling where all members of the population are sampled. The number of samples used in this study were all students aged 4-5 years in Yayasan Wanita KeretaApi Kindergarten (TK YWKA) Kudus, total 66 students. The sample consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class with 33 students and the control class with 33 students. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and tests. The data analysis technique is the t test, which previously tested the prerequisites, namely normality and homogeneity. The results of the analysis of naturalist intelligence t test t arithmetic > t table (116.662 > 1.69389) and Sig. (2 tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an effect of ecoprint learning based on natural materials on increasing naturalist intelligence.
